Catarina was on a much needed vacation. Her plans were to drink a lot, meet a few cute guys, get a massage or two, and relax as much as she possibly could. As soon as she gathered, the money, Cat decided to go to the Bahamas. After tons of searching she found a cute little resort. There would most certainly be plenty of eye candy there for her and she couldn't wait to see what it was like there. It was her first time traveling somewhere like that which made it even more exciting for her. Even though she could've used magic to get to Bermuda, she decided to use old fashioned muggle transportation.

Once she arrived, she looked around in awe. There were definitely plenty of cute guys around and she couldn't wait until she was able to get her flirt on with as many as she possibly could. No one knew her here which meant she could act anyway she wanted. If she felt feisty enough she could act like a complete tart and nobody would even think twice of it. They could think it was normal for her or ignore it all together. Most people seemed to be there just for pure enjoyment which meant they had little to no inhibitions.

Tonight was a rather nice night. It was especially warm and there were plenty of guys out. Coincidently, Catarina was feeling absolutely stunning. The club area she was going too wasn't too formal but she still wanted to look as good as she felt. She was wearing a floral dress with white open toe shoes and her hair was down and wavy. Once she arrived to the bar, she took a seat at a table meant for two people. She ordered a strawberry daiquiri and waited patiently for it arrive.

Not too long after, he drink did arrive and she began sipping it slowly. This resort was quite nice even though she hadn't been there too long. She met a few guys and flirted with them along the way. No one judged her because no one knew her. It was nice to be stress free for once. It was definitely a feeling she was willing to get used to. Life was unfortunately very stressful especially when you're a professor.

Ursula was on a much needed vacation. Her plans were to drink a lot, meet a few men, get a bit of spa treatment and try not to panic as much as she possibly could. The latter didn't seem to be going so well, as all she had done tonight was look behind her shoulder and wince at really stupid movements, surprisingly never the big ones. Just the ones beyond the reach of the corner of her eye.

The service in here was faster than a snitch, and that was Ursula not kidding. She'd asked for a lemon daiquiri with assorted snitch ice cubes for the laughs, and it was there in front of her the minute she'd swivelled back around on the stool.

There were so many people in here that it overwhelmed her. But that wasn't a thing she could discern into being a good thing or a bad thing. Good because it was giving her the whole ratio of good and bad people into the forefront of her mind and bad because she was sure someone in this room wasn't so all kind and happy and for themselves.
Because there were people after here and two incidents to Ursula meant she was in some twisted Witches Most Wanted. It was a small exaggeration but whatever.

She downed the lemon daquiri eventually, and whelped a little at the end of it. It hadn't hit the spot quite yet. And yet, she didn't want to fufill the stereotype of young-ish woman drinking on the bar, and so taking her next one, ventured out into the seating area, watching the entertainment on stage. She put her small purse inside her red dress pocket and her eyes fell sidewards to the person occupying the table next to her.

"What are you looking at?" she asked cattily.
The man occupying the table looked her up and down and coughed. Not sure what to make of this, she pulled a face and walked a little away. It seemed only a few seconds after he jumped up out of his seat to run to the bathroom.
Can't take your beverages, I take it.

Leaning against the pole and watching the Skeletons do their final song, Ursula thought about nothing in particular and nothing. Once again, her eyes slid down to the person occupying the table next to her and she smiled softly. THis was a girl a few years before her.

Ursula was further down the line.

"Quite a nice ambiance in here, isn't there," she said sweetly to her, sitting down in front of her.

Catarina was absently looking at everything. It's like, instead of observing she was just looking to look. There was no focus point. She was merely enjoying the music that was being played and there was nothing else going through her mind. This atmosphere was definitely one she wasn't used to but at the same time it was one she certainly could get used to. If only she could stay there forever.

Soon enough, her thoughts began to wander and she started to plan what she wanted to do on this vacation. Catarina was definitely going to be drinking and flirting as much as she possibly could. When she was working she tired to avoid alcohol but lucky for her she wasn't teaching as of right now so she was able to do pretty much anything she wanted.

Before she knew it, a woman was sitting in front of her. Normally she'd basically interrogate the person who crossed her path but she was feeling a bit more laid back. Instead of what she'd normally do, she smiled at the woman. "It's fabulous here. It's definitely what I needed. I wish I could stay here forever."

Catarina figured an introduction would be nice. Her parents taught her to always be polite. "I'm Catarina Burke, and you are?" She said to the woman in a friendly manner. This woman seemed like she'd be nice. Although, first impressions could always be incorrect.

"I find it fabulous too, but only though way of necessity. And if I stay here forever, it'll be one day too soon," she said, almost jovially, swirling the umbrella in her Lemon Daquiriri. She looked the enthused intellectual type, the woman across the way to her, and she found that intruiging. For once, she was looking at a beauty that was not only skin deep, but of course, Ursula only had seen and known her for less than a minute. Nevertheless, her eyes seemed to be darting around wherever they were going with a quiet knowledge. And for that, Ursula didn't seem to envy her- because granted she was the best looking woman (and only pride would stop Ursula from saying but herself) in the room.

It wasn't usually about looks, but after a bit of alcohol and a hell of a three week past, it was a little different. Besides, it was just a first impression of her. Looks. That's all they were.

A few seconds had passed since Catarina had said her name. It sounded exotic, rustic. The accent didn't seem all that ungiving, however. "Ursula," she said. First names were easier. Last names were annoying. Hers was she easily forgot after a few drinks. Ursula would have to do.
